Hi there! I am Amy “GO” Wilson, nicknamed by a dear friend for my inability to sit still. I’m a recent transplant to Marietta, GA, where I feel tremendously blessed to be living and working. My “real” jobs include being a wife to my wonderful husband (and technical assistant) Kevin and a mom to our three wild hooligans. (I mean, our three adorable boys). As anyone knows, boys keep you busy and they grow fast! I am constantly trying to slow them down long enough to make a memory. After years of chasing them with a camera, I’ve gotten pretty good at it! So I decided to take my show on the road, so to speak.
In the words of the inimitable Ferris Bueller, ‘Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in awhile, you might miss it.’ That’s why I love photography; it lets me stop time and look around. It allows me to catch a moment as it’s speeding by and keep it forever, cutting through the chaos and recording the joy. Who wouldn’t want a little of that?
